Dear Parents (Guardians) of 7th Grade Students
On Friday, May 26th, the West Hempfield 7th grade class will take a field trip to Nemacolin Woodlands Resort. It will be a day filled with various activities including; a climbing wall, ropes course, zip line, off road rock rides, animal express tour, target paintball, and golf. Our lunch will be catered and will include; cheese and pepperoni pizza, homemade potato chips, tossed salad, cookies, sodas, teas, lemonade, etc. We will leave the school at approximately 8:30 AM and return at 4 PM.
Students will need picked up by their parents or guardians, at 4 PM in the front of the school.
The cost of this field trip will be $65.00 per student. This price includes the cost of the various tours, activities, a strict discipline policy, including all school rules, will apply. If the WHMS three strike policy is violated prior to the trip, a letter will be sent home, but money will not be refunded since the field trip is prepaid.
Thank you for your interest and participation in this memorable event. Parent permission sheets must be turned in by February 3, 2017. This form gives parental permission, your preference for payment, and if your son or daughter will require medicine or nursing services during the trip.
